The view from the balconies overlooking the Andes and fjords was absolutely breathtaking! We indulged in a delicious breakfast with an extensive menu that set the tone for our day. Venturing out, we explored Chiloé Island and the stunning Osorno volcano, making every moment memorable!

the check-in took an eternity, just like waiting for breakfast at 7.30, which was absolutely unhelpful for my flight. i also had to move rooms because of rude table-scraping above me. one would think a top-tier place would offer a complimentary frosty drink for the trouble, but no. disappointing in so many ways, really. almost gave a good review, just couldn’t.

The view from my room was simply breathtaking, overlooking the stunning fjords and Andes. The staff were exceptionally caring, ensuring a comfortable stay, and the restaurant’s breakfast offerings were delicious, featuring a variety of options that fueled my days beautifully.

Enjoyed my stay despite some quirks. The ocean-view suite offered breathtaking landscapes at an unbeatable price. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was lovely, but renovations are needed in common areas. Keep your luggage light—parking is a bit inconvenient. Overall, a good spot for stunning views and decent food.

Room size was also smaller than anticipated, not matching the junior suite designation.

The location was fantastic, right near the ocean with a fine view. Staff were helpful, they even organized breakfast for us in our room since we arrived late due to ferry delays.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

We had a lovely family trip with stunning sea views. The spacious room and large sitting area catered well to our teenage kids, providing a comfortable base for our adventures. The restaurant’s breakfast was excellent, setting us up for our daily explorations.

My wife says that the bathroom could have been cleaner.
